The antenna AD-62/B-1927 is a dipole (center-fed) omni antenna designed for handheld radio systems or any other mobile communication platforms. It operates in the 1900-2700 MHz frequency range. The antenna's flexible goose-neck can be bent to assist with polarization diversity in multi-antenna MIMO/MANET radio systems. Electrically, the antenna is optimized for all operating conditions. It consists of three basic elements, arranged from bottom to top: connector unit, flexible goose-neck, and dipole radiator. The dipole element is enclosed in a rigid plastic tube, and the antenna connector is TNC male.
