AD-65/B-1512: antenna for handheld and manpack radios, 100 - 512 MHz, 20W, N, flexible radiator with reactive load (better gain)

The antenna for handheld and manpack radios AD-65/B-1512 is a wideband low-profile monopole antenna covering frequency range from 100 to 520 MHz and is intended for use with portable and manpack radio and other RF devices. The antenna is composed of radiator and transformer unit with connector. The new construction of the radiator consist different materials which gives the radiator its flexibility and roughness. In the middle of the radiator is reactive loading enabling flat gain curve in the UHF frequency range. The matching unit is painted with UV protective polyurethane black paint. The AD-65/B-1512 can be used also for jamming frequencies.
