We've modified the antenna AD-17 (VHF disc-cone antenna): the new antenna is AD-17/B-110 . Compared with the AD-17 it covers 30 - 108 MHz range and with the additional vertical element the radiation pattern in vertical plane is significantly improved.

We developed a special telescopic mast height of 2.8 m for use on pocket submarines (STV-3/105). The mast was modified for use in the salt sea water and except some smaller parts made of Stainless Steel the mast was made completely of composite and other special materials.

Two new antennas were developed intended for use with handheld VHF/UHF radios in the freq. range 30 - 400 MHz: AD-44/BW-AS-30-400 (short antenna) and AD-44/BW-AS-30-400 (long tape antenna).

Once again our company participate to Slovenian Himalayan expedition forwarded by Tomaz Humar with goal to climb over south face of Dhaulagiri (8167 m). To improve the radio communications the crew used two of our antennas AD-40/2-3 (3-elements yagi antenna for 2 m band).

Finished development of new antenna for ISM frequency band (2.4 - 2.5 GHz): AD-34/2G4-5 (omnidirectional collinear with 5 dBd gain). We are finishing a parabolic antenna (90 cm offset reflector with approx. 22 dBd gain).

Under the organization of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce - Dept. of Military Industry and Ministry of Defense of RS we participated in Military Exhibition IDEF 99 held in Ankara Turkey between 28th of September to 1st of October. On the pictures you could see stand where 18 Slovenian companies showed their products intended for military use. You could see also our antenna AD-44/E on new ASELSAN's UHF handheld radio station.

We finished development of new HF antennas for radioamateur use: 4-elements 3-band "CUBICAL QUAD" for 14,21 and 28 MHz ( AD-14-CQ/C ) and for 21 and 28 MHz ( AD-14-CQ/D ). Also a WARC kit for 18 and 25 MHz is available for the AD-14-CQ/C.

We add so called "ground-plane kits" to antennas AD-18/D and JAS-12/M ( AD-18/D-GP and JAS-12/M-GP ). With "ground plane kits" the antennas are usable also as stationary mounted on appropriate antenna masts.

New types of coaxial surge protectors were added in our products list. Type ASP-...W is waterproof protector for 0 to 1500 MHz and the type ASP-.../WH is intended for use from 1500 to 2500 MHz.

Finished development of two new antennas: AD-18/E and AD-44/E : wideband antennas for use from 225 to 400 MHz. Type AD-18/E is a mobile antenna and the AD-44/E is intended for use with handheld and manpack radios.

We made our first CD-ROM catalogue. All files inside are in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader), both Slovene and English version. We used this opportunity to update all our catalogues, corrected many text errors, add more photos and renew drawings with technical details. Some of our (older) antennas were removed from production list. All those modifications will be utilized also in our web pages.

We renewed our popular AD-14-CQ/A cubical quad antenna and made new AD-14-CQ/B : two element two-band quad for 21 and 28 MHz. The most important thing is that no more tuning is necessary at the installation. At the end of March 99 we plan to develop new three-band (14, 21 and 28 MHz) three-element cubical-quad.

Participation on the exhibition MODERN ELECTRONICS 98 in Ljubljana. We exhibited our new telescopic winch driven mast (as co-operation with the company MASTSYSTEM), which is almost all produced in Slovenia. We exhibited also the original headset used by Ferrari mechanics - of course with our little antennas on it. By the way: in November we've been in Maranello on "working" visit (measurements, modification of headset with antennas in order to improve communication range). All measurements were made on the Fiorano track alongside beautiful noise of testing Ferrari's newest sport car...

Two new antennas: AD-44/BW (flexible) and AD-44/CW (blade); the wideband antennas cover from 30 to 90 MHz intended for use with portable and manpack radios. The model AD-44 is out of production.

CATALOGUES in PDF format are updated (General catalogue and Short Form one too). Due to the size of the General catalogue (over 3 Mb) partial catalogues of the antennas are added (separately for HF; VHF 30-90 MHz; VHF 145-175, UHF 400-1000 and for the 88 - 3000 MHz).

NEW ANTENNA: AD-36/2-10 is "corner reflector" antenna covering from 145 to 175 MHz.

NEW ANTENNA : AD-29/07-5 is heavy duty base station antenna for 0.7 m band and with 5 dBd of gain. The version from 410 to 430 MHz is now used by Slovenian national mobile telephony operator MOBITEL for NMT base stations to increase coverage.

Participation on the exhibition MODERN ELECTRONICS 97 in Ljubljana. Among the other news a prototype of the new telescopic winch driven mast (co-operation with the company MASTSYSTEM AB Sweden) was demonstrated.

NEW ANTENNA : ADS-21/4-W is new wideband mobile antenna covering complete 4 m band from 68 to 88 MHz (SVR<2,5, height 100 cm). The antenna could be used with fixed support ADN-21/UHF or magnet mount ADM-21/UHF . The antenna was developed according to special requirements from German customer.

NEW ANTENNAS : AD-34/2G4 and AD-40/2G4-16 are antennas intended for use in wireless LAN (Local Area Network). The first type is dipole antenna with omnidirectional radiation pattern and the other one is directional (16-elements YAGI antennas enclosed in radome).

NEW ANTENNA : AD-18/D-110 is result of modification of the antenna AD-18/D. Due to the customer's requirements the frequency range is extended up to 108 MHz for covering also standard FM radio band.

NEW ANTENNA : AD-40/07-3 is three-element YAGI antenna covering frequency range from 390 to 475 MHz. A special version of this antenna is named AD-40/NMT-3 and is intended mainly for use with stationary NMT mobile phones (frequency range from 410 to 430 MHz)
